2011 Captains' Outlook

Pre-season is well underway! With two weeks down and only another two to go until our first scrimmage, the 2011 Generals are putting the time in for an awesome season. This year's captains, Emmy Mathews '11, Kate Donnelly '11 and Katharine Farrar '11 wanted to share their outlook on the season ahead.

For this 2011 Season we are ALL IN when it comes to...

· Winning ODACS

· Supporting our biggest fan MAGGIE

· Locker room pump up dance parties

· Having Thankful Circles before every game

- Being the best we can be

· Practicing hard, even in the rain...and snow (G-I Jane!!)

· Controlling the controllables

· Tearing up the field in Atlanta

· Sporting new saucy uniforms

· Never letting down!

In between hard practices, we have found the time to hang with our biggest fan, Maggie! We all enjoyed some pizza while cheering on the Women’s Basketball team to an exciting win against Eastern Mennonite last weekend. WE LOVE YOU MAGGIE!!

We are extremely excited about this coming season. After two weeks of practice, our team is already coming together and creating some AWESOME plays on the field. We are running hard, lifting hard, working hard all around, and already having a blast. Our theme for the season is ALL IN. We are planning to commit ourselves fully to this season because that is what it will take for us to reach our ultimate goals. Stay tuned, because this season is going to be a GREAT one!!
